    Rollerboard - fluted, densely laminated paperboard protective packaging wrap ships nested together on a pallet. Virgin linerboard is used to manufacture this product. It offers beam strength in the length dimension and flexibility in the width dimension. Rollerboard also offers high puncture resistance and shock absorption to protect your products in shipment. It comes in a 3 & 4 ply thicknesses in various widths and lengths. Various Michelman coatings can be applied at a minimum cost.

    We have added a new 3lb static control (SC-30) crosslinked polyethylene to our product line to replace the former 3lb static control (SC-31) grade. Compared to its predecessor, the new 3lb SC foam has a single layer construction available in black with 3” x 39” x 79” sheet size, and it can be skived down to ⅛”. The new SC-30 is also less expensive than former SC-31. The surface resistivity is measured from 10^5 to 10^9 ohm, and is ideal for controlled electrostatic charge removal.     Vizi-Band® is a radiopaque marker coating innovation. It is a proprietary metal coating process that atomically bonds directly to a catheter, guide wire, stent, or similar component.   • Wire Coating

    Putnam Plastics can extrude thermoplastic materials over wire or incorporate the wire into the wall of an extrusion allowing the lumen to remain open. Putnam can also apply fluoropolymers, bioresorbables, and thermoset polyimide through a variety of processes. We offer all of these in discrete or continuous lengths. We are able to provide coatings down to 0.0001” (0.00254 mm). Putnam Plastics can jacket discrete length wires, as well as provide intermittent jacketing of a wire. The discrete length wires can be tapered or have a constant OD. Putnam can also jacket wires by encapsulating them in a wall of a single or multi-lumen tube.
